A quick question...why am I not able to pick up anyone off waivers? I've got 2 players on IL so I should be able to, no?

Or is it because they've both (for the moment at least) lost their injured designation?

That would be it. If you have a player in IL that is not eligible to be there you'll need to move him before making a move for a FA
