The theory is that those injuries to your good players are this season only and they will be firing as normal next season at their average/game stats. You'll crush next season! Oh I'm not at all criticising it I'm lamenting it. I think I'm a mid table team at best til I can find another couple legit high usage guys.

Ideally:
Reduce team lists by 2 each (32 extra players back in the FA pool).
Add in 2 more IR slots each.
Creates more flexibility and adding/dropping in-season overall.

It's great that most half our managers are now managing thier rosters actively. That is good for all.
There are a few that are still not managing their rosters, or even viewing this forum.
I don't feel like it's unreasonable that those managers consider their position in this league and if they don't give a shit, we'll find managers that do.

There has been no response from either manager in question so they have been locked out of their teams.
Rosters have been reduced to 13 by dropping the lowest ranked non-rookie players.
I have a replacement Manager on standby for one team but will likely dissolve the other team at season's end to reduce our league to 15 teams.

I'd rather play with 10-12 active teams than 14-15 overall that are clogging up the fun.
Always a risk with dynasty leagues due to the locked in nature of teams, and of roto as it’s lacking the week to week rivalries of H2H.

I have recruited a new Manager to take over one of the 'vacated' teams. I expect they will introduce themselves here in the next few days.
The remaining team will be dissolved at season's end, reducing our league to 15 teams. The players from that team will be available to be drafted by all.
It's important this is made clear now, as it will effect how teams prepare for the draft.
