Who is our next marque player

I see alot of talent in these boys coming through but l just can`t decide who that marque player will be.

Ultimately l think if Maggie Daw was the one l think we will easily have 35K supporters with what he would bring to the team.

Who do you see as being the man, or do we not have one yet?

It's a very tough one to pick. I think Goldstein could become one of the top 2 or 3 ruckmen in the league, he's already on his way

Think cunnington could become luke hodge like, Sam wright like thomas. Hansen has improve massively in the last 15 games and could be a 12 mark a game centre half forward, which would make him at least a a grader

According to Denis Cometti Nathan Grima would be a star if he played at Collingwood. But seeing as he isn't and because we aren't, I guess we'll never have any stars.

I think you took that the wrong way, he was saying how its a shame we dont hear much about Grima simply because we dont get as much media attention as other clubs. He then went on to say that if Grima were at a team that recieved alot of coverage hed be classified as a star player (in the media).

Trust me, I understood. And I'm highlighting how the use of language by the media continues to undermine us, and our players.

I like this theory Kimbo......Agree, the media perpetuate how nobody knows our players, by, not knowing our players.
Talk us up FFS! It's a vicious cycle.

Jacky Z is the man. The kid has been cruelled by injuries so far. But when he gets up and running in the next few years he is gonna be our main man and superstar. We have missed him badly since he has been out. He is 19 and already makes our team walk taller when he is out there.

We are potentially going to have a great list in 2 years. The two players, the go to or matchwinners as such imo are potentially Hansen and Big Jack.
