I'm going to go out on a limb here... Cameron Ling is the worst captain in the AFL by a country mile. He is an absolutely terrible footballer, was handy back in the day, but only handy. As far as his leadership goes, it is there, but it's nowhere near captain material. Selwood (despite having turned into a diver) would have been the best candidate by a long way.
As much as it pains me to say it, Judd is a very good captain. His skills are by no means applaudable a lot of the time, and by no means did he deserve the Brownlow, but even as Collingwood supporter I could never question his endeavor.

In all the games that Nathan Van Softo has played he has not shown enough in-and-under leadership. If his teammates follow his example the boundary umpires at Camry Crows games are in severe risk of being trampled.

Of course the OP could have just left the option out of his poll and saved all the Crowies the angst!
As it stands, Bay 13 has fulfiiled the OP's wishes and voted Van Seagull the leagues worst captain, and really who can argue, he hasn't led his team to a single victory since being made captain, the shame!
