Who & Where are we at 2012 onwards

Hey guys - im really really concerned about the state of the football department and board - we need a complete overhaul. This is not an overreaction, we clearly need to recruit experienced assistanct coaches - get rid of the boy club mentality and start lifting the standards of excellence at this club. I'm a firm believer in having a consistent stable structure from the president down to the boot studder. Theres no use complaining and whinging - lets think of solutions - who do we need, how do we get them and what needs to change for us to become a force...........
I believe our list is in really good condition - it just needs to be developed accordingly.

No. Our list is not in "really good condition"... Until we stop being so biased, we will not move forward. Yes we have a few highly talented young kids, but our 23-28 barrier is one of the worst in the league. The amount some people on here overrate our list is embarrassing.

Sporting clubs are all the same, no matter how professional they are, which reminds me of an old saying when reading about the alleged and real issues our club is facing at the moment:

"It is never as bad as it seems or as good as you think."
