Probably Fraser based on longevity in the job which I think is important.
Clement would be perfect but may find himself the Kawolski of the job, with Bucks and Fraser playing his Perkins and Hackett.

Has to be a born loser who leaves a club that subsequently goes on to win 3 flags.
Has to be capable of commiting some low acts on the field - candidates can demonstrate this by smearing blood on their opponents.
Must be the type of captain who will stay home when the boys travel.
Ability to dive to the standard of Greg Louganis a must.
