Their perspective gameplan is just SO EXCITING.

Prospective.

A perspective gameplan would be what perspective the gameplan has, like is it a communist, a capitalist, somewhere in between? Does it have hope for the future or is it glum? I don't think they're the kinds of things we should be asking a gameplan to know.

"...gameplan to entail".

A gameplan is not a sentient being capable of cognition or "knowing".

Why you gotta make me an escape goat for poor English?

FYI Leigh Matthews revived Alan Richardson's playing career in 1990 when he was coaching the pies.

Craig in a succession plan >>>>>>>>> Craig outright.

Still, this is not my preferred setup. That said, Leppa has plenty of potential and will be able to grow into the role. He is a strategic thinker, a competitor, and has personality by the bucketload. Just have to complement his strengths and weaknesses with the right assistant coaching team. Having Lethal as a sounding board will be a huge bonus too.

There must be something about Tudor holding him back. I've never seen him interviewed... Maybe he is a poor communicator or just not a born leader?

Could not agree more. Seeing some of the stories that the Herald Sun has published over the last few weeks also shows us that nothing they say can even be close to correct. From all other accounts we had gone cold on the idea. I am still holding out on this to be true. I really think Tudor is our best option. We need to do all we can to get him but if we are unable to achieve that, Leppa would have to be a close second!

Don't see why we cant put Leppitsch in the main role with Craig as support.I'd prefer if Leppitsch did it his own way from the get go.

Yeah that would be my preference too, even though it would cost me a free Xbox One. ;)
