Friday night's game prompted one Carlton poster on the main board to declare Charlie Curnow
as the best player "in the world". Which is funny.
But it did get me thinking, who has a legitimate claim to being the best player in the game? The perennial heavyweights in Buddy, Danger and Dusty are no longer good or consistent enough to be in the frame. I can think of a four names, I don't think anybody else has a serious claim to being the best at the moment, but I'll allow people to make suggestions and add them to the poll if they want. I'll keep it open for voting until the start of the finals.
