The only people that actually think that are Port supporters to the rest of Australia they are a niche interstate side (the smallest of all the interstate sides) who really struggles to get people to the games.

What are they actually the best at ??? The best at getting smashed in a grand final thats about the only record Port actually have in the AFL.

That what I reckon. They have been in the comp 11 years and have achieved more in that 11 years than at least 8 other teams in that 11 years. That is an AFL history to be proud of, yet they hark back to the history and traditions of the Magpies.

Remember that WCE had over ten years between flags, We have just hit 10 years. In 1999 we were confident of a third one. Then fell into a hole. Port are confident of another flag soon. But in AFL there are no gurantees. Next years GF could be between St Kilda and Brisbane. We laugh noiw but at this time last year we would of laughed at a Geelong V Port GF.

There is only one constatnt in AFL...Richmond will never win another flag.

Geelong had 45 years between flags...so only 35 more to go for crows...enjoy your decline

I wouldnt predict any club to go through draughts. Port may not win one for another 30 years. As you guys learnt this year, you can make a GF but that does not gurantee victory on that day. Unlike the SANFL.
