Why is Judd playing?

He looks like he's going at 20% and he still gets tagged as if he is 100%, what hope has he got? Surely he should have the year off, then dominate the next 10. As a Judd fan this is painfull to watch! He is being made to look slow and second rate.

i was hoping woosha had a plan leave judd forward make it look like hes restricted then half time BAMM hes back to the norm. Didnt happen and very dissappointed.
