Hate to say it as i've always defended him but his confidence is shot, he has the talant but he needs a few weeks in the VFL, needs to learn to back himself again.

His weaknesses are well known.... but his strengths (ball handling, footskills, nous and creativity around goals, and the ability to get loose and take a mark) have also completely vanished.

I will never write anybody's career off after one game . So its back to the seconds.

When was the last time he played a genuinely good game? He's lived on potential and talent his whole career. It's no coincidence he's outlier year of form coincided with our best year under Buckley's reign. He's propped up by blokes around him. One of the biggest front runners/downhill skiers to play for the club in my time.
