When would we need the clash if we had yellow away? Can't see it being needed much except against richmond?

Yeah, I don't see the need for a third jumper, other than as a marketing tool to sell merchandise (which I think we already have with the indigenous round jumper).

With that in mind, I don't really care too much what the clash looks like.

The logo definitely needs a revamp though. But I don't see the point in changing the jumpers

Yeh a refreshed logo I can understand (probably taking advantage of the manufacturer change), but moving back towards white after only one year of the Navy/Royal/Yellow wings is what I can't quite understand

Also text under logo for mine looks too old school.

I never really wanted the navy. Totally love the royal and peril. But now the navy is going I will miss it. Much prefer navy over anything white.
Wonder if we will get royal supporter wear, like that royal mockup of Sharrod in the media polo someone did a while back.

Navy would be a bad choice for an Away jumper. But would be fine as a 'clash' jumper if our away jumper is yellow. Wear it once a year v the Hawks.

But yeh we don't need it. Just wear Royal when yellow clashes. Aka Freo "Home / Away" system.
My preference is just "Home / Clash" - so wear Royal all the time home and away, then yellow if it clashes (like Richmond, Carlton, Essendon do etc)

Good chance it will be.

I saw an ISC mockup of an Eagles polo about a month ago - was bland af and might not be final design or anything but it was royal with gold piping. But the lighting made the royal look half way to navy so I dunno how it'll end up.

I'm leaning towards this too. The new Eagles-head-on-yellow isn't as good but it'll be better than anything white and if we can get away with royal against most of the league we should just go down this path as well by using royal for home and away.

At least all that white merch from the 2000-2015 era won't be obsolete anymore. And Fox Footy/AFL.com can keep lazily using the tripanel icon for West Coast instead of having to update to something else
