Seriously, why aren't teams selecting Attapaththu? She is probably in the best form of her career and was an absolute star in the recent WBBL tournament.

The general selection of the imports has been go for Aussies, than English, Hayley Matthews, Kapp/Ismail/Wolvaardt.

Im thinking it might be a political thing, since the IPL mens league doesnt have any Pakistan players involved.

I also have watched a bit of Pakistan/Bangladesh/Sri Lanka cricket in the past 12 months, and there is some really good talent. Unfortunately, if their top players dont get to play in the : WBBL, WPL - they dont get to test themselves against the best enough regularly.

Needing 5 runs to win off the last ball, the Mumbai Indians did it.

Devastation on Capsey with that delivery of the last ball.

Mumbai need 12 off the last over to win, Capsey gets a wicket with her first ball of the over & then the big scalp of Kaur off the 5th ball - with the #8 is coming in to face the last ball of the match & your leading by 5 runs, I'm thinking WinViz has Delhi as comfortable favorites

And then this happens

And interesting to note Kaur get player of the match in Game 1. Home tournament maybe she will give a bit of a hearted effort , as its probably now surpassed the WBBL in being the number 1 league on the planet.

She's also captain of the team, so wonder the impact that has on things

She's teammates with Hayley Matthews again - could be interesting to see the dynamic between the two with the changed roles
