Is he schizophrenic?
Have you missed an important detail which makes the riddle impossible to solve by using straight logic alone?
Some might argue there's some redundancy here.
Has he read something which has motivated his suicide?
lol
It's like a Jigsaw game. The man has been told that if he doesn't self-sacrifice his own life his daughter will die. Little does he know that his daughter is under the bed because she has escaped Jigsaw and is hiding.
Game Over.
If he looked under the bed would he still be alive? just said he wouldnt kill himself...
is he being frightened by what's under the bed?
Has he seen a reflection of himself in a mirror?
If yes, did that motivate his suicide?
wait, so is this one of those lateral thinking puzzles?
is the man psychologically impaired?
Is the reason for him being frightened a phobia?
If he looked under the bed, would he die anyway?
Reaction from people in this thread when he finally gives the answer.
I want to know how a handicapped person has a loaded shotgun in a bedroom closet.
The fact that the main actor needs to be handicapped is a good sign it's a stupid riddle. We're supposed to be able to use logic to deduce the story but the guy has to be a licker because a logical person wouldn't have taken the action he did.
I'm right, aren't I? (yes/no)
