Not sure if WorkSafe has the authority to do more than issue fines, but at the very least this prosecution could pave the way for individuals to sue EFC.

Sadly it looks like Bunk Moreland's chosen to ignore this thread despite posting all day yesterday on the ASADA board. Haduken & zackah have gone AWOL, Doss is probably flat out trying to corral the mouth-breathers on the Essendon board, which leaves just BigJoeD_ (who complained this thread wasn't entertaining) and DapperJong here to hold the fort alone against the nasty "foamer" invaders!
Poor Essendon are badly in need of Bay13 reinforcements. Perhaps if some of their ASADA board tragics like Lance Uppercut, Jade, Jobe Watson, HirdsTheWord or mxett show up, or one of their mainboard trollers like ManWithNoName, boncer34 or fishardansin arrive they won't be embarrassed quite so badly, or at least could try launching a counter-offensive.
Unfortunately for each Hird-worshipper there's countless neutrals dying to sink the boot into them. ASADA board heroes like MaddAdam, Thrawn, jenny61_99, Laphroaig, Abasi, Westy Bogan, Proper Gander, blackshadow , compact72, Satan, blackcat, Lavender Bushranger, The Falcon Strike & Quivorir have been doing a sterling job of exposing & applauding Essendon's countless failings and probably have strong thoughts to share on WorkSafe's decision, the WADA appeal, and what sort of future Essendon fans can 'look forward' to.
Now if you don't mind I'd prefer to sit back and let others take control of the conversation. I have a reputation for avoiding controversy to protect and don't want to get involved in another shitfight.
