Guatemala: Ok. Regulars here will know by now that I love my symbolism. This design is based on both the two crossed swords and the Quetzal (feathers) from the coat of arms of Guatemala. It also forms a pyramid shape in the centre which represents the ancient pyramids built by the native Maya. It's essentially a modern twist on the traditional sash - the design worn by the national soccer team.

I guess kinda. Any ideas for improving it? I tried adding black and/or green but didn't really work. Anyway I don't think it matters too much. Many countries are going to end up with similar designs
 
Turkey: In the mould of the new Freo jumper but instead of joining as a V, it shows 6 arrow points. This is the symbol of Kemalist Ideology, the principle that defines the six basic characteristics of the Turkish nation.
