Yep saw that and you could assume he is just waiting out his contract which many have before he returns to the Tour or he is just waiting to see what happens if the two tours somehow come together which is increasingly looking unlikely?

What it wasn't was a ringing endorsement of LIV. No "my manager takes care of things but I am really enjoying it here".
He only took the LIV cheque because he thought his career might have been over because of the knee injury. He is gone at the end of his deal.
The word in golf media is the LIV has not been making any moves to extend any contracts that are expiring. Now that may because they are waiting to see what happens, or it may be something else.
Yep it all seems to be a mystery. Either way LIV is around for at least two more years (hopefully many More) as most players signed on for 5 year contracts.
I honestly don't see LIV going anywhere, both tours may run side by side and just have a few more events all the best players play in. Thats the best outcome, I just don't see or hear the want of the players to play on the American tour.

Bryson and Brooks reportedly run until 2026. If they don't re-sign or if LIV doesn't sign new big names, your tour is pretty much doomed.

What everyone can agree on, is that without LIV players its allowed growth and development and attention to golfers would otherwise would not be on fans eyeballs, such as jj spaun
Not my tour, I like all golf, I love watching good golf. The politics I have never cared for as many have for some reason. LIV is great to watch in my eyes.
Yes you may be right it could be doomed but I am not sure why Yassir would of even bothered spending so much to end up with a little of the PGA tour enterprises and golf ends up back with a monopoly American tour. What was it all for? Yassir didn't do it I don't think for that outcome.
I am sure in time we will find out. We have all been waiting for a while though, must be a reason they can't come to terms.

I used to watch as many uspga events on tv as possible, since the liv golf split the tour down the middle l don’t watch hardly any. I do watch the majors and Ive always liked Riviera golf course but now I couldn’t give a shit, didn’t even watch the players.
Being from Perth the PGA tour is always on early morning so you have to be pretty dedicated to get up and watch it. Like you the majors and for me the Players I always watch.
I watch a Lot of LIV for a couple of reasons, I like the format and for many of the tournaments they are on at good times to watch. Bit like the DP world tour, I watch that a lot also.

I'm disappointed. Just find Rory so unlikeable for some reason.
Think he is a gun golfer but feel the same, just hated his mouth the last few years. And now he changes his tune every 5 minutes.
But can’t deny his talent.

Love Rory.
Had a bit of the G Norman tortuous losses going there. Deserves a big win.
And liked the way he did stand up and speak. Sure he may have flipped a bit here and there but it’s a moving feast and situations change. I reckon he was genuine all the way.

He’s a champ. Been so good for so long. And at least he has had the nuts to speak his mind. Jay left him to talk for the Tour when it should have been Jay fronting up.
3 hole playoffs are ridiculous.
