I'm not. The margin between the two or more in a playoff could have been busted by one of them playing one less shot over the previous 72. Should only take one piece of separation for the tie to be broken, ie. one more hole where the scores differ.

And often, the multi-hole playoff becomes a snoozer after someone blows up, like Spaun.

And if light is a problem, then the tournament ref needs to make a pragmatic decision to end the tournament that day. Say by playing 17 under lights until the tie was broken.
