The only message is they don't want to get involved.

They aren't supporting Iran, nor Lebanon, nor Palestine.

Quite a few of those nations would be happy if the Iranians got taken out of the region as any kind of threat.

Not so sure about Russian warplanes landing in Beirut, they have sent a carrier to evacuate their personnel.
