All you need to do is set the end date ie. nations will begin officially ceding their sovereignty to the WEF/WHO/whoever by x date.

Pick any date you like, I'll be happy to accept (you won't do this of course - coz deep down I suspect you do actually know how crazy that position is, but you're too far along to abandon it now).
