Series 5 of X Factor Aus airs this year some time. Just saw on Twitter that everyone was congratulating Dannii Minogue on joining the panel of Judges.

No more Guy or Mel B this year.

Based on the ads, the latest Seven version looks like Australia's Got [No] Talent all over again, complete with heartwarming! cute! child prodigies (who no doubt will walk straight into the finals).

I don't know who watched, but was a girl name Kalebek or something on? Saw her live a couple of months ago and I got a resounding "meh" from her performance that night, wondering whether she slayed the audition or it was just another samey one

redfoo and danni are a big downgrade from guy and mel as judges. guy was articulate and mel was a vibrant personality love or hate her. these two are meh. the acts so far are not grabbing me. the swedish brothers were probably the best

Disagree, they both were very good, and I couldn't stand Mel as she was annoying and her song choices were awful.

Jai will win this competition, he was just THAT GOOD!
