It didn't all come in one package?

I finally got my AFL membership card and **** me it is hideous
Nope but the note suggests if you have not received your membership pack it should be 10-14 working days.

Honestly how hard would it be to send them out together.

The club membership card is pretty bland, didn't get the option to select a player this year.

At least it's better than Richmond's effort. They sent me the card and a note saying you can pick up your scarf at one of their first three home games or it will be considered a donation to the club and you don't get one.

Wow that is harsh.

I love the Foo Fighters but not going to see them in Perth as too expensive. I didn't know much about Dave Grohl until I saw Andrew Denton interview him and loved him immediately. Came across as a great guy.

But last night I went and saw Sinead O'Connor at the Perth Concert Hall, which is an intimate venue for 3,000 people and boy she blew everyone away. To me she has one of the best voices I have ever heard. She simply was fookin' fantastic. No gimmicks just her and the band. But the best was when she sung solo with just her guitar. One of the highlights was she sung in Gaelic with the guitar and bass player, who were both female. I houram getting emotional writing this. Unfortunately she only played for 90 mins and I could of easily listened to another two hours. Then I went and listened to half hour of Nenah Cherry who was blowing them away at the Chevron Gardens, loads of people sitting and drinking in the garden getting into the vibe.

Just another boring Saturday night in Perth.

I hope that's not the same as their interstate membership. What an awful system!

Oooh what are you doing?
Putting an 8m beam in the roof and removing a load bearing wall. Will open up the lounge into one massive room rather than having it cut off by a pokey little dining room that served no purpose. Getting a bunch of new windows put in and a massive inbuilt bookcase likely as well, as we have a metric shit ton of books.

Next in line is a really big patio area/outdoor kitchen and solar panels.

So very exciting!

That sounds great. I love open spaces. Having every room walled off makes me feel claustrophobic.
I am exceptionally jealous of your inbuilt bookcase. I've always dreamed of having my own library,

We're going to see how the space is once the wall is removed, but the plan is for about a 4m floor to ceiling book case at the moment. The better half collects old books (some really old) while i have my collection of Horror Novels and Childrens Books that i loved when i was younger (yes odd mix i know!).

Not an odd mix, a brilliant mix!

I need to buy a new book case desperately. I have books stacked on top of the two that I've got already and some of them are still in boxes. I would love a floor to ceiling set up, with a ladder, a beautiful wingback chair or chaise and an open fire.

A girl can dream!
