u blokes are a laugh, u certaintly got it wrong if u think im will mcmanes

its doesnt really matter if you are will mcmanes or not d*ck. you have obvioulsy never seen will mcmanes play. complete and utter sp*stic, doesnt matter if he's got a big motor or not coz the blokes got no heart at all. never seen someone sh*t themselves soo much in a game. again shows how bad the hobart football club is at the moment if heartless pr*cks like him can get senior games

going to make a big call here seriously i think that brighton football club has a brighter future than hobart. brighton next year will be a surpirse packet and this year almost knocked over the lions.

Joe Martiniello played 1's for Benalla in the GVFL all year. Did the job on some tough opponents, looked right at home.
About 10 young blokes from Benalla All Blacks 3rds got a good run in the seniors this year due to the sides lack of depth, but the majority of them did not look out of place at all. Jarrod Roscoe stood up and played some great footy in the 1's.

Well done Tornes - Dalrymple said you'll go a long way son, though a trip down the Freeway to play A Grade with Trinity might help accelerate your development!! (hint, hint)

:D

Not sure of that mate, trinty already has a member of my family gracing the turf there. I dont think me and walsh can fit on the same foward line and wouldnt wanna take the shine off my older cousin either.

Hopefully the youthful team at the friars can find their feet and i'll play against trinity in A-Grade in 2007!!

Lower Plenty had probably more players play that were 21 or under, than older. BnF winner 18. Pity half of em leaving though. I played all games in seniors after playing under 19's last year.

i think the reason we struggled so much at lower was such a heavy reliance on young players like Mitchell, Elmore, McGlachlin, Gill and a few others.

we had five
ricky mcveigh - tooth pick who has great skills and awerness, courageous came second in B&F should be joint captain next yr great leadaship skills and fantastic club person (18)
Mark Mcbride - when the coach needed grunt he turned to mark one of the strongest players who loves the hard stuff, hits hard can take a mark and can really control a game (18)
Mark Scherian (sharky) - got skills, can take a mark, is very fit and fast yet doesent dominate as he should, tempremental and is a confidence player if he starts well can really damage oposition tall 4 a wingman who with the right attiude could b one of the biggest dangers for APW next yr (18)
chris liparota - has suspect skills can take a mark but always one of the first pick and the most couragoues bloke going around will never flinch when he backs into a pack and is a half back flanker who always did the job for the coach (18)
dylan semmens - small not the quickest but is a smart back pocket who rarely got beaten suspect kicking style adn lacks penetration but is accurate enough, true defensive player may move into middle with experience (18)
trent rodgers - young bloke played a few games who in the under 18s collected 30 -40 touches a game in the seinors gathered kicks here and there and will be a guts player for us in the future (16)
scott Mcallester - 6'4 ruckman who in the ruck will put the ball down your throat every time great leap and can take a great mark, but dosent quite know hoe to fire up, in the under 18s a class above the rest in the seinors good tap ruckman who has little effect around the ground. by far the most talented of the lot and if he gets his game right could win gzames off his own boot (18)

these boys player in a premiership together in the 18s last yr and are eager to get Apw back into A grade together

Strathmore had 10 or so Under 18 players play in the seniors at some stage throughout the season. Two played in the Senior Premiership side, one or two unlucky to miss out and others didn't qualify caus of Cannons commitments. The 18's also won the flag.

Tim Dettman (Senior Premiership Player)
James Watts (Senior Premiership Player)
Peter Corredig
Dean Capewell
Daniel Barclay
Tim Fielding
John Trevean
John Horne
Andrew Horne
Jordan Garita

if you think that those players are impressive, what about Matt Sharp from Violet Town, at 17 league and club BnF and leading goalkicker in 2003.
he played mostly in the back pocket under the new coach that year, Bernie O'Hallaron.
IMPRESSIVE!!
