Justice system fails all the time on those that kill humans, so animals were never a huge chance either.

Maybe he'll get shanked in the slammer, I suspect a lot of prisoners aren't going to like animal abusers.

Surely that’s the maximum for 1 offence.
Never understood why sentences aren’t cumulative and served consecutively.
