She realized what she did was wrong and apologized. He said he'd call her later that night and they'd have a chat. She really liked this guy and could see a future with him. It was perhaps salvageable at this stage. But she got inside her own head and had some insecurity and basically blew up at him and said don't bother. She regretted it straight away but I imagine he ran for the hills.

Just recently I had being seeing someone for 3 months, started getting very serious and thinking long term live together ect

Then from out of nowhere she wanted control on my Instagram because I had one more follower. Kept on accusing me of talking to others for the next 2 weeks so I ended it.

my fiance and i waited until kids were finished with school - so 6 years. had that not been a factor we both think between a year and 18 months is about right

I'd also want to keep assets separate tbh- unless he earns alot of money.

I have a less than 100k mortgage, i would not want to be responsible for a huge mortgage all of a sudden.

i reckon if you both have a house, rent them both out, and then rent a new place together and see how it goes. have 6 years where you both can rent it out and not be subject to CGT if and when you sell.
