Collingwood
IN: Brayden Maynard (good), Reef McInnes (should be good)
OUT: Beau McCreery (Injured - love him), Nathan Kreuger (Injured - cult hero in the making), Tyler Brown (Omitted - love your Dad, and your Mum)

Them
IN: Sam De Koning, Shaun Higgins (don't care about either of them)
OUT: Luke Dahlhaus (Omitted), Quinton Narkle (Medi-Sub), Zach Guthrie (Omitted)

Last week we learned Cats' players fear finals, shadows, and Swans' fans. FFS! Geelong players were scared of a bunch of picnickers - pâté sniffers who only get angry if they pay overs for heirloom tomatoes - gambolling past them for a Buddy love-in.

God I was looking forward to McCreery tackling Ducker. Used to love Levi hammering him. Can Maynard cannonball him without getting a 20 game suspension?

But let's not just focus on brutality - we are playing a beautiful 100+ game.

Howe has developed into a magnificent player, creating the finest body of aerial work footy has seen. We are blessed to have him and Darce as interceptors.

DeGoey will beast it in the middle and Jamie will kick 5.

3 in a row.

I think you forgot to predict which quarter will Chris Scott first carry on like a petulant child.

The last few encounters against Geelong have been drab affairs. The two sides always seem to bring out the worst in each other.

Rd 11 2021 = Geelong def. Collingwood (61-51)
SF 2020 = Geelong def. Collingwood (100-32)
Rd 7 2020 = Collingwood def. Geelong (57-35)
QF 2019 = Collingwood def. Geelong (61-51)
Rd 1 2019 = Geelong def. Collingwood (72-65)
Rd 8 2018 = Geelong def. Collingwood (66-45)
Rd 22 2017 = Geelong def. Collingwood (70-59)

Hopefully it's a better game tonight and we replicate what we've done in the past fortnight on the scoring front.

Hawkins looms as a massive concern as none of our defenders will get close to matching him for strength.

Moore with his height and athleticism is probably our best hope.

That QF may have been drab but it was bloody enjoyable.
On my way into the city now, beer at low tide.

Tyler Brown will be the medi-sub.

Hawkins will kill anyone 1 v 1. Can’t see anyone other than Moore available to go to him, which leaves a big job on Howe to help out.

Interesting stats.Almost all of those games have been close, low scoring games, except for the 2020 semi, which was no doubt a blowout because of fatigue.I think the trip to Perth the week before, the gruelling match over there and having to go into quarantine as well clearly took it out of our players.Otherwise if you look at the remaining games, there doesn’t appear to be too much between the two sides.

Reckon we’re gonna be too short down back

Esava, Cameron and Hawkins

Can chuck Blicavz and Stanley down there too. We really need to focus on cutting off the supply.
