Got the replay of Saints v Eagles at Subiaco, Round 6 1998. Came back from 27 down with 10 minutes left. Daniel Healy and Spida kicking 6 on their birthdays. No Loewe, Burke, Hall or Thompson

My local IGA has a bargain bin.
After enjoying a Montague Cider for $2 ( Montague farms is just down the road, but god knows what the cider arrangement is ) i bought a couple more , and keeping them until my son is here.
Tonight was a couple of Kronenbourg 1664. A bit malty but very agreeable.

Has anyone else given these a try? They're pretty expensive, but I can't visit the bottle shop without picking up 2 different flavours every time.

They taste incredible, you wouldn't know they had Vodka in them. Their flavours taste like what soft drink used to taste like when I was a kid, unlike what it tastes like now. Creamy Soda, Rasberry, Fruit Tangle is awesome, they have Turkish Delight but it's not for me. Portello is fantastic.

I couldn't drink more than a couple at a time, but over ice it's just about the perfect drink. Haven't visited them in Beechworth yet, but it'll happen one day and I'm sure they'll politely ask me to leave.

I have one of these I found diving near Elwood, notice they were brewed in St Kilda.
