I have no confidence in MRO, or in AFL hierarchy, to do the right thing... sad...

Bingo. This is the issue. Whether we challenge or not, the tribunal will not over turn the decision.
They just won’t, as it’s us. I’ve accepted the double standards when it comes to us and these date back to the 80’s.
People like Christian despise us and they are everywhere through the AFL and media. Simple.

Based on the attached screenshots, I would’ve thought that it is reasonable to suggest that Young was laying a bump to allow Saad a clean run at the football, which should be enough to get it thrown out according to their own criteria. I’m not a lawyer though so maybe someone else may be able to support or null my understanding.

I see Youngs got graded high impact. If we challenge this on the basis he played out the game and got it downgraded to medium would he get off with a fine?
If it was to get downgraded to medium impact yep it would be a fine. Not sure what argument they would use to reduce impact but...

I actually did a mini-celebration when Young did his bump on Zurhaar. I thought "Wow, finally, a Carlton player willing to put his body on the line and shepherd for his teammate". No high contact whatsoever, all contact to the shoulder/body, player comes back on - it is a perfect bump!

getting in the road of tdk was due to a poor kick from our player (carroll?). pretty sure he slightly miskicked it and he got caught in between ball and players. where was she supposed to move to?

agree with your last sentence. all umpires make errors.
The kick wasn't great but the umpire is not positioned correctly. The umpire is running towards the landing zone of the ball where they do not need to be - this should be left clear.
