Actually that might work ... we could include tunnelling, cancel incorrect disposal, widen the definition of a handball, select a couple of players from one side to be granted extra time for disposal, add in a randomisation effect for whether umpire decisions are paid or not paid that way the players and the crowd can be confused as to what is going on, and for bonus points we could give random warnings for infractions rather than penalizing them and occasionally provide infractions for querying instructions ... oh and maybe add more umpires but make sure all three have different interpretations!

Don't you think that would improve the spectacle over that boring rulebook?
