I've thought Carlton have been over rated this year. Reasonably soft draw so far. Suddenly they have a tough game against a well drilled side and they lose, no surprise. Fremantle next week will demolish them. Love seeing the Carlton board going into meltdown, blaming the umps etc. Makes my day. f**k Carlton.

So they draft Durdin for some key defensive cover, then Marchbank does a knee so they parachute Durdin in who then immediately does another (albeit less serious) knee.

Port (50/50)
Collingwood (65/35)
Richmond (50/50)
Essendon (70/30)
Brisbane (30/70)
West Coast (80/20)
Hawthorne (60/40 cos Tassie)
Geelong (50/50)
North (80/20)

If they get 2 of Port, Richmond and Geelong and win the favourites they get 14 wins. Next week will be huge for them

He's old enough to know better, so maybe he goes to a team pushing for top 4; if I managed a team with a young list I wouldn't want him anywhere near. So yeah, maybe Tigers. I wouldn't put it past Geelong, though they don't need him. If I were McCrae he'd play VFL now.

blessing in disguise. Forces them to find other avenues to goal. Became a bit predictable at one stage. Casboult and Cool have been great for them this year. Add King in 2023 and they could have the becomings of a very decent football side.
