Imagine being a St Kilda supporter. I reckon I'd have necked myself by now.

I have a mate at work who's a St Kilda supporter, he's the nicest guy in the building too, feel for him.

And now as I've been writing this they've kicked two goals. Don't imagine they'll win though, they're not in the same class as this Carlton side.

Clearly. With 1 flag in their entire history they're obviously not morally bankrupt salary cheats like the filth

A question.... the context, it’s all about the Pies. .its better the blues win is it.

My head hurts, want both to lose though
No I think better for us if Saints lose. But if we're not worthy for finals we're not worthy for finals. So I'm hoping blues lose because f em.

I'm with you.

Cannot and will not ever hope for a Blues win.

If we're good enough we're good enough.

That's something I haven't missed from the Pies this season. A clearing kick on the goal line that doesn't clear the 50 and lands in the lap of the oppo for a shot on goal.

What about the shank afterwards? That was very reminiscent of Trav Cloke - beautiful mark for a theoretically easy set shot at goal only to skew left

Thankfully for Trav he played in an era (and team) where shots on goal where plentiful, and he'd shank it three or four times a game and still go home with 4 goals.

Those were the days.

While a St Kilda win would see them overtake us on the ladder tonight (and see us potentially out of the eight at the conclusion of this round) a Carlton loss and a Collingwood win tomorrow would see us draw level with Carlton and go 4 points clear of the Saints again.

I like that possibility more.

Agreed.

While it's more probable that a Carlton win works out better for us... I'd still rather Saints win because I'm hating cocky Carlton fans this year. They're acting like they have a dynasty side before they've even won a final. Would love to see a huge capitulation.
