Solid debut from the kid, looks strong, tackled well and stood up in a few tackles, disposal was pretty clean, seemed to make good decisions. Very happy with that. Going to be incredible to watch once he's had a pre-season in the gym. Very confident we have a keeper here.

Promising debut. Very impactful. He's strong and has a good penetrating kick. I think two very good inside 50 entries creating scoring opportunities. If he can improve his tank he'll get better.

Could've had a goal too. Would be interesting to see the 'point' in slow motion. Very surprising the goal ump didn't call for a review, but we were getting stooged by the umps so wouldn't have had it reversed anyway.

That was a ****in goal FFS!

Also that kick to checkers was a beauty!
Agreed. That passage shows what he is capable of when he is in the moment.
I felt he was understandably nervous but worked his way into the game quite well. He grew into the match and was there when the whips were cracking in the last quarter. He deserves another couple of weeks.

He’s got Brayden Sier level talent, hopefully he actually delivers on the promise.

Also very good at getting his hands free whilst been tackled , onwards and upwards young man , we need him and Fin to develop as mainstays of our midfield moving forward
I think the pace of the game had him worried a couple of times but he seemed to get better as the game went on, I liked him Matrix

Showed Glimpses.

Had a few moments where he really looked composed.

Given his short time in the AFL system theres plenty to work with and room for growth.

Just cannot play Adams, Lipinski and Carmichael in the centre square together at the same time. No leg speed.
We were ridiculously slow in the centre today
Without DeGoey it was embarrassing
Elliot had cameos but Norf just danced around us

Agreed on the kick to checkers. Anyone else would have tried to pop it over the top to WHE, but he summed it up perfectly and executed perfectly, in his first game. We got a good one here. Special moment.
