Espn sucks so much. Looks like owners or commishes cant even make roster moves either until the "finalize draft" is done.

Unless you guys want to open the league up now for waivers and free agency, and not wait till end of August?

I imported Alpha from ESPN to fleaflicker. ESPN still exists btw, just to see if it works properly, all the settings, scoring correct.

The option is there anyway.....we can ditch espn this year, start of next year, or never.

We dont have to change anything about how Alpha works, just FF is a more robust/friendly site.

Fleaflicker has more built in features....draft done on site itself, commish abilities, none of these teething roster problems with locking out owners....and if you do want to make any changes.....can have taxi finally, can have Edge/IL instead of DE/DT.

In FF the draft can be finalized right away and waivers in effect right away all preseason, can have supp draft, can have more year round roster moves and trading as fleaflicker reopens february whereas ESPN reopens June. Etc.

I play on ESPN in other leagues so really would prefer we stayed to be honest, particularly given the history etc

Just on this point ..the entire 15 year history was imported across to FleaFlicker. You can view every result, of every week, of every season, all the standings, scoring breakdowns.

The 2022 league is already ready to go in FF, all the rosters, and people can immediately start to make moves, waiver claims. Whereas ESPN HAVE TO wait till Aug 31 and it's still gonna be a mess as always to have ready.

FF is just a far better site, and long term more user-friendly, draft thru site, etc.

Any future changes ... Taxi and increased IR for instance.

ESPN is old and stuck in the mud. It hasn't changed for 20 years whilst new sites emerged and forged ahead with functions and features.

As I said, I dont mind either way. I quite like FF (have 2 leagues on there already), but understand if people dont want to move. I won't bother signing up to it unless we decide to move as am across FF already so know what it is like.

Noticed NDG and TGBB signed up to check it out. Did you guys like the site? Better than ESPN? Interested in switching?

Granted you didn't see some of the best stuff...draft done thru the site, players come off the board, future pick trading, no need for spreadsheets, millions of players in the FF system whereas ESPN seldom has them, all the commish options and not locking people out of stuff, and another plus is FF open Feb so people can get into trading and stuff that early.

A number of others said they're cool to switch or stay. One person so far prefers to stay.

Just wanna assess a league decision given season around the corner.

I quite like FF... already using it for CutThroat and Omega. Alpha is the only one I've got active on ESPN.
Happy to change over if the majority vote gets up
