Still confident he's with us and am prepared to be proven wrong.

If Clarko comes to us we're more attractive to mature talent (something we desperately need) and players with elite attributes as well as decent coaches.

We essentially fast-forward what has been a painful rebuild thus far.

I would presume the recommendations to action involve some new coaches to help develop our players which is why Clarko makes sense. Brings his assistants, brings his experience and thus makes us a harder team to beat.

Not necessarily we may have sounded out his manager before we pulled the pin on Noble but that's very different to engaging in actual conversations with Clarko himself.

In regards to Rutten, given what Clarko has said publicly about treating coaches with respect, Teague (I think) who was in a similar situation, I just find it really odd that he would so openly entertain another coaching role while the incumbent coach is still employed.
