Not only do I remember neenish tarts, I still grab one occasionally with a coffee from the bakery.

I drove to Korumburra and back today. A bit over 4 hours each way.
Extremely happy that I left here at 7 am because the traffic heading south, from the Monash on, that I saw on my way back was simply horrendous.
How does anyone cope with that?
You’re supposed to be on holiday. The stress levels moving a hundred metres every 10 minutes would be off the charts.

Just spent a pleasant morning at the MFNC GF breakfast.
Guest speaker was Gavin Crosisca. He was absolutely fantastic. If you ever get a chance to see him just do it.
His battle to overcome addiction has to be one of the better stories from our 1990 Premiership team.
And still a Pie man through and through.
 
Booked flights to see our granddaughter in qld and of course any semblance of cheap flights have disappeared during the holidays. Pricks.
Wanderers festival here this weekend was pretty good despite some ordinary weather and heading out for a surf this morning but we’ve got no warmth yet.
Saw Top Gun the other day, wasn’t bad. But went a bit long and drawn out and was rara USA USA but that was to be expected. Warming into Dragon nicely. Anyone seen the Dahmer series yet? Creepy ****.
Pies out in the prelim, my Rabbitohs pumped in the prelim and my Bengals suffering a SB hangover so footy is not really flowing as I’d like but hey…
Also just finished The Guv’nor, Lenny McLeans autobiograph. A good read.

Hiya Ghorse, one of your mates moved in next door.... pic attached. Huge, I tell ya. Think its a Clydesdale (?), dont know, but Im pretty tall, this horse towers over me.

As a good neighbour, gave it a few carrots. Actually, I was scared of it, so I gave it some carrots so he'd think that Im alright.

Clydes like to pretend to be big and fierce. In reality, you are most at risk of being slobbered to death.

I approve of carrots for all Clydes though. More of the same!

Well, I can kind of understand. New pup last week. She is already 36 kg - 4.5 months old. English cross neo mastiff. She will both slober and hug you to death.... slobber - think shoelaces of drool continually.

Ill keep the carrots up next door, he appeared happy
