Delist.
Crying, AND looking East...
You can tell he's destined for the back pocket with those boots
Hmm why is Tommy Cole wearing a Wollongong Hawks jersey.
What did you call me?Seems like we are on a fat hunt this preseason.

Nic Naitanui was the star attraction on Wednesday as West Coast illustrated their commitment to get fitter and better more than a month before the official pre-season kicks off.
Naitanui struggled to reach anywhere near peak fitness last season due to injury and a stop-start pre-season.
But after knee surgery in August, Naitanui has started the long road back to the top, one of six Eagles putting in the hard yards at McGillivray Oval.
Naitanui completed resistance work with a trainer.
The star ruckman is recovering from post-season surgery.
Preparing for his 15th season at West Coast after signing a two-year contract extension last month, Naitanui isn’t expected back at the club until five-plus year players return to pre-season on December 5.
But the 32-year-old should return fighting fit and be ready to attack the 2022 pre-season with vigour after managing just eight games in an all-time shocker season for the Eagles.
West Coast finished 17th this season with a club-low two wins in what was a disastrous year for coach Adam Simpson, who had to deal with COVID-19 and injuries to many of his stars.
West Coast’s early “extras” came a month after former recruiter Matt Rendell said the Eagles were “fat” and the most unfit team in the AFL during the trade period.
Naitanui was joined by Harry Edwards at training.
A group of Eagles trained together before their scheduled return.
During the hour plus session which kicked off at 8am, Naitanui worked closely with Eagles Head of Health, physiotherapist Mark Finucane.
First-round draft pick Campbell Chesser was also putting in the work after failing to feature in 2022 due to ankle surgery.
Alex Witherden, Connor West, Greg Clark and Harry Edwards rounded out the group as the players started with a lap of the oval before launching into a gruelling sprint session.
Alex Witherden was a part of the session.
Covering 20-30 metres, some efforts started slowly before building to full speed, some did the opposite and others involved high knees.
Occasionally the players gathered around a phone, possibly reviewing footage.
The most physical part of the session came when the Eagles added resistance bands. Working in pairs, the players tied up their teammates up as the designated runner worked through the added tension.
The entire session was business-like with no music and little laughter.
The hard work continued at Mineral Resources Park. Led by captain Luke Shuey, who managed 17 games this year up from seven in 2021, a group of Eagles spent Wednesday morning training on the club’s back oval.

Also present were injury-riddled pair Dom Sheed, who managed just one game last season due to foot issues and defender Tom Cole who wasn’t sighted at all in 2022 after pre-season ankle surgery.
Second-year forward Jack Williams and mid-season draft pick Jai Culley also trained at Lathlain.
The Eagles first to fourth-year players officially return to pre-season training on November 21 followed by senior players a fortnight later.

They’re allowed to do what they want with their time off, if that means going down to the park and exercising then so be it.Whilst I like the fact they’re training it seems this is effectively preseason training, especially with mark finucane involved.
And also training at MIN Res (we’re not the only at their HQ).
How is that sanctioned in their time off?

The guys working for half of what they can get in the private sector? Good luck with finding anyone better.I don’t think anyone in S&C has been fired. If we get anything close to the injuries we had this year in 2023 it will get ugly.
