to be honest I read that today and thought it would actually be good PD for my team at work. Our job involves primarily emailing people with advice and after working from home for 2 years straight that’s meant people have gotten very used to using Teams to tee up video meetings or just relying further on emails.

Along with the scourge of scam calls during covid, the fact that no one was in their office by their phones means that no one makes phone calls anymore.
