‘Some brewery’ = the Adelaide-based, largely irrelevant, foreign owned macrobrewery that WA folks seem to think is the pinnacle of craft beer still

Come at me pirate life plebs

That's the one Fyfe has an ownership stake in from memory

Absolutely not. PL is pretty irrelephant. I haven't purchased a canned beer of theirs in years. But I have popped into their Murray St venue a couple of times. Good food, and small batch beers you can't get elsewhere. The Purps are probably invested in PL, but that's because they sponsor the club, get ex-players into the brewery pre-game etc.

I think we're getting distracted from the original issue of though Lobb may be an absolute prawn, it doesn't help the situation that Freo fans can't shut their clams about him. It's made worse when their team is lacking a spine like an oyster and they can't find a KPF with any mussels on them.

The co-host of the podcast who came up with the beer idea was on radio this morning declaring they're NOT upset Lobb left and that he would've helped him pack his bags. Supposedly this animosity against Lobb is because he burnt the bridge as he left?!

That's pretty classic Freo, celebrating turning over the list and rushing out players who assisted them in being at their most competitive in half a decade or more. Morons.

I’m still waiting for someone from the WCE BF podcast to organise a Wil’s Pils pilsner celebrating Rioli’s departure. It will be served in small plastic beakers

You'd need a tasting paddle for a Rioli selection including a Gatorade sour & a dank IPA.
