Will add some love for Ras!

Big in the contest now. I can't wait to see what he is like in two years. Looks like he could add 10kg of muscle without sacrificing movement.
He was good
I was concerned he was a dud after his first few games but he showed a lot of promise Saturday other than a couple of brain farts
He looks like he has got the killer instinct as well

I like the way JL was playing him as a loose man off the ball

On further reflection I’m encouraged by last week’s game no matter how weak the opposition.

It’s a vibe thing. There’s no doubt this is a tight & proud group of young men who were perhaps a bit ahead of themselves after what they accomplished last year and have struggled to adjust to personnel changes & lost a lot of confidence.

Saturday night some of the swagger & arrogance was back. Jackson was toying with them at times, Cox was imperious, Brayshaw finally firing on all cylinders & Nat is back.

I’m still not convinced we win any of the next 3 but we won’t be easybeats.

The swans have a lot of injuries, so while we won't be favourites we should expect to be competitive and run them close. As for the others, being competitive would show a form improvement on the season so far so I would take that.

Will be booing lance.
Always thought he was an arrogant flog who loves dishing up an elbow when he is being locked down.
The amount he has got away with from the MRP
has been rediculous.
Great player.
Bit of a w***er 😂
I am going to assume you are joking, WA player who I wished had played State Of Origin, champion of the game and one of the best players I have seen in my life.

NOD is a difference maker.
Watch the highlights, 2’nd Q he receives the ball running flat out, immediately cuts inside evading a Hawks player & then kicks it 45M or so lace out to the player running into open goal.
It’s the amount of ground he covers, the vision, decision making & attacking nature of the whole play.
I like him more every time he plays.

I totally agree. As he continues to build fitness hopefully we will see more of this.

It frustrates me that in Brandon, Jordan, Switter and Freddie we have 4 players who are as speedy as anyone in the AFL and we play on a large ground yet we are 12th in the AFL for bounces. Drizzy is prepared to take the game on (I don’t think he bounced in that play) and had a play last year where he received the ball at pace, cut inside, bounced and kicked a long goal. Jordy also had a bounce on the weekend running away from a chaser. We need to see more of it.

We could quite conceivably be in the 8 after next week ,should we beat the cats.
Gold Coast, Crows, Essendon and Carlton have tough opposition and could most likely all lose their games.
I fancy our chance's against the Cats at home. That would really be something and could be the start of a strong push by us and never look back.

Amiss and Treacy starting to come together. Both Kids.
Young getting a bit of it, using it better.
O'Meara getting plenty, Jackson gets the headline, but he came in and is building.
Dogga and Darcy not only playing well, but combining well. Got us going after quarter time.
Good scoring, shared the load and took the points at the SCG.
You can only beat who turns up.

Nat Fyfe to drop in for a quarter is an absolute luxury.

Yeah. But the smugness and the way he throws his dummy out of the pram.
Throwing elbows but always protected by the AFL / media.
It's just my take..
He is probably a lovely young man..🤣

Scored 100+ in all of our wins this season. Forward line functions perfectly well when our mids do their job.
Not out of the woods yet but promising signs. Remember in the 1st qtr we have 16 I50s at 13% efficiency.
