What you been eating to lose 20kg in a month? Air food?
Basically nothing! 800 calories a day - so 3400 KJ, following a VCLD keto diet - basically two protein bars throughout the day and 100g of chicken with mushroom and spinach for dinner for the last month.

I lost 30kgs in 1.5 months 4 years ago by fasting for 3 days a week and walking 9km a day but the lower back blew up and gained most of it back since. Gone back to the fasting without the walking and lighter than I’ve been in the last 18 months

And was this paired with any exercise? Because if I could lose 3-5kg in the next few days that'd be great.

Surprisingly achievable. Calorie control is the core of weight loss. Exercise is supplementary, but it's good for you regardless. However, you'll lose the weight without exercising if your body is in calorie deficit. Exercising is just a way to tip it more in your favour by burning additional calories to a sedentary lifestyle.

Or go lick every surface in a day care centre. You'll purge a few kg fairly quick, and the appetite suppression should last a few days.
