This is a true community service.

My first trip to Adelaide included a very disappointing ‘schooner’…..and then a following trip the pint v imperial pint thing came out at the union hotel in the city. I thought someone was taking the piss.

If you have kids then there's usually some pregame mascots, handouts etc at the South gate (more a Port thing but the crows do do some stuff)... unlikely to be any Swans stuff though. They are pretty 1eyed over here. Crows fans/games in particular tend to be somewhat worse than Port games in my experience... So good luck!!

It's a fantastic place that caters well for events at the oval. I've been to every Adelaide test match in the last 8 years and now have a SACA membership. It's an annual highlight for me.

A pint is 570ml everywhere else I've been in NZ and Aus.
In Canada a pint is a square 425ml glass.

In Japan. Beer is just measured like in Europe. In ml.

Coopers family of Kensington extremely local but are a bunch of right wing nutjobs at each other's throats (the last time I looked)

West End definitely avoid.

I'd certainly endorse the Strath pre-game and/or post-game. Great meetup point. Easy to find, across road from train station, next to tram stop if you're coming up from the Bay, 5 mins walk from oval across the footbridge.

His brother had nothing to do with his delisting, his form did nor did it have anything to do with keeping Qatar Airways happy. You also ignore the fact the club has been involved in the Pride Game and the Mardi Gras since 2016 in a strong way and been happy for players and officials to do so.

I am very aware of the Pride games & Mardi Gras. I am also aware Rainbow Swans were very unhappy about the Qatar Airlines deal. When the country still beheads GLBTI in public it gives people an uneasy feeling. I do not believe Qatar Airlines is a good fit for a club that purports to believe in GLBTI rights.

As for Newman, he had a pretty good season before being moved on.

That doesn't address your outright lie about why Nic Newman was delisted. It had nothing to do with his brother or his vocal support for the LGBTIQA+ community.

It's one thing to be unhappy about a sponsor, it's another to claim that a sponsor was the reason a player was delisted when there is nothing to support what you are claiming. The fact other players at the club have been vocal supporters since including captains shows you are completely wrong on this one.

I wouldn't call 11 senior games in 2018 after playing 20 senior games in 2017 and down on all his average stats year on year a "pretty good season". If you think that is a good season says more about your ability to judge a player's form than you realise.

This is going to make me unpopular but I don't think that is a good movie. I heard how amazing it was for years and one day around a decade ago I decided to sit down and watch it (as I did like a couple of other Tarantino movies) and when the movie finished all I could think was "there was no plot".

I watched it a second time a year later to confirm with myself, and on the second watch it was the same, there was no plot, or at least nothing that seemed to connect the movie. It was like a few different stories pushed into one movie, each story having very little or nothing to do with the others.
