Updates made after the 0-3 start... Definitely not much fun updating after losses.

You'll notice I missed last week so have updated for two weeks at once. Some key notes:

  • Has moved into 2nd of all time for contested possessions but a long way to go to catch Dangerfield
  • Has moved into 2nd of all time for Goal assists (equal with Tom Hawkins). Next target is Eddie Betts
  • Has moved into 6th place for games with teammate. Next target is Jack Riewoldt and Cotchin....will Sidey or pendles be 'managed' this week?
We need a win!

Go pies

Updated after our win against the Lions. Some key updates:

  • Moves into 8th for most wins. Next target is Brent Harvey
  • Slipped backwards into 3rd for goal assists after Hawkins got 1 assist and Pendles had none
  • 29 possessions left to get to 10,000!

Updated after our win against the Hawks. Some key notes:

  • Moves into 7th for most wins. Next target is Bruce Doull
  • Edged closer to the 10,000 mark for possession... 23 to go!
Hopefully gets up for Port.
I want to savour every game he has at the G.

Updates made to cover the win against Port and the draw against Essendon.

Couple of key points:

  • Moved into 5th overall for times played with teammate (Steele) and now chasing Brent Harvey and Drew Petrie who are just one game ahead
  • Will move into 5th overall for clearances if he can snag three this weekend

Updated after a season defining win against Carlton.

He could (should?) carry on next year if he keeps performing at this level!

Key updates:

  • Moves into 4th of all time for games played with Steele. Next target is the great Adam Goodes and Jude Bolton but 8 games more needed to reach them. Can Steele pull his socks up? If not, I'm afraid he might start to get managed a bit
  • Moves into 5th of all time for clearances and chasing Dangerfield

Off the back of this tweet:

just thought I'd pop in this table of how Pendles compares to every team.

Crowds over 70k

Good stats. He will pass Richmond before the end of the year. The only time they will see 70k is against us and their Dreamtime match.

So Pendles will end on 6 or 7 all time 1sts (the current ones, plus 'most times played with a teammate - Steel' and 'Most Games Played' next year hopefully

And a will move to all time 2nd soon in goal assists (but won't catch Betts)

Updates made after a very pleasing West Coast victory and another potential brownlow vote getting game from the GOAT!

Key notes:

  • Moves back into 2nd place of all time for goal assists (equal with Tom Hawkins). Chasing Eddie Betts now for the crown
  • Moves into 6th of all time for wins. Chasing Tom Hawkins who is a long 13 wins away

Special mention to Steele for bringing back his A-game so the 'most times with teammates' record is still in play. 7 more to go to catch Adam Goodes and Jude Bolton in 3rd place

would love to know who the oldest player is / was to receive Brownlow votes. surely after the game against WC he is due to receive the 2 or 1 vote

Craig Bradley & Michael Tuck both received votes at 38 years old. Think that's the oldest

Updates made after the Adelaide nail biter.

Couple of key points:
  • 6 more kicks and he moves into 12th
  • Travis boak has streaked ahead in the inside 50s race so Pendles next target is now Selwood. Just needs 5 to move into 5th of all time.
