I understand yous would like to be seen as cool and look down on others , and listen to the dude on tv that told u sugar BAD!

Love sugar in the right amount in the right context.
The sugars (lactose) in milk provide all the sweetener required for an espresso, or even a plunger coffee.
When I drink tes I have it black as I find milk spoils the taste, but it does need enough sugar to take away the bitterness.
Same thing with chocolate, pure chocolate too bitter, needs sugar.
