why would u need vegetables if you eat fruit ?

almost all veegetables are man made
Commercially vegetables that give the biggest yield are the ones farmers grow for maximum profit. The same goes for fruit though.
Try growing some heirloom varieties of both fruit and veg. Not as big a yield but tasty as ****.

I buy my heirloom seeds from these guys...

They used to be just down the road from me but have re located to the other side of Hobart. Handy knowing they will grow no problem where I live.

we should drink human milk

no sugar needed its sweeter than cow milk

might start up a free range human milker farm
my mrs said I can try hers when we have a kid
Will mix it in my protein shake

I do have dairy, I eat cheese etc.

Plenty of other sources of calcium out there.
So you are anti-dairy milk but pro-dairy milk related products.

Isn't that like being a vegetarian and not eating meat, but for example drinking bone broth and eating animal based gelatin gummies?

Doesn't make sense.

I hate the taste of milk and it gives me the shits lol

I can drink it in small quantities, but the taste to me is disgusting. Don’t mind a little in a coffee, but thats really about it.

Lot of people here getting overly offended over other peoples taste 🤣
Being overly offended correlates with an increase in the specialisation of consumption of niche foods, and exclusion of basic foods.

It goes with the territory. Very self righteous.

Im thinking from a practical point of view and trying to get my head around how you get lactose runs from milk but can happily put away a 1kg brick of lactose loaded Wagu Gouda in a sitting.
