Well done on a cracking game of football. I hope the Lions can get over the line in the granny this time. I'll be watching the game with my brother who's a big Lions fan.

Big ups to Daniher as well, he just did what he had to do today and has had a strong last couple of games for you guys.

if I’ve missed out on registering for a ticket as a member what is my next move does anyone have any advice?
Keep an eye out for last season they were still offering standing room after all ballot tickets had been allocated. There’s no Melbourne based team next week, so a good chance of snaffling a ticket when public sale opens.

Just back from the ground. One of the best nights of my life. The Lions support was amazing. What a win. What fighters. One more to go but for now, let's celebrate a truly remarkable win against a very good side.

Also, not one bad player tonight - Payne probably struggled for a bit and is clearly injured but last qtr he did so well. Fingers crossed for big Oscar.

Go you mighty Lions.

Lester was amazing, but I had Starce marginally above him for BOG. He was absolutely everywhere.

I thought the sign the game had turned onto our terms was when Lester and Starc were consistently out positioning their opponents. Speaks to our pressure up the field and defensive group clicking.

I ventured onto the Lions Board on March 29 after the Pies game and urged you guys to keep the faith. I said the Lions are too good a team not to come good and how I thought you will contend again this season.
Turns out I was correct.
Well done to the Lions and the fans for sticking by the team.
Enjoy tonight.
And smash Sydney next weekend.
You’re the best team in the comp.
Bring the cup back to Brisbane boys.
Best of luck.

Most have covered players i thought had good games
Not much mention of Zorko though. He takes chances and costs us a few goals but quite important in the win.
Don't worry i was pulling my hair out too.
Also, Answerth was very good in the first 3 quarters.
Unlike a few i thought Bailey had a much better game as an impact player. Hopefully further improvement next week
He kicked 2.2 but it really should have been 3.1 or 4.0.
Got caught with the ball a few times again, one towards the end. But he got involved in the game.
Had 527 meters gained being the third best for the Lions.

In the end it was a big team effort to get the win.
Big O was concussed early in the previous Cats game only for bad luck to strike again against them.
At least we won this encounter but so sad he will miss the GF.

All week i was praying for a dryish game but the showers came.
We were well beaten when it was wet and slippery.
However, showed our class during the dry periods of the game.
We really need it dry to show our skills. Hope the long-range forecast for dry conditions ends up being correct.

Like most i was guttered when the Cats scored that goal to again take the lead, with only a few minutes to go.
This is where the 6-6-6 enabled us to have a fair chance to get a score on the board.
We produced the goods when it mattered with 2 goals from those 6-6-6 restarts.
That gave us a huge chance to hang on and we did. It was a stressful time for us fans.

Cats fans around us were super nice, all wished us to win next week. For a prelim so cutthroat, they were classy (At least my area).

Sitting near the Lions end for those Ah Chee and Rayner goals will be cherished forever. Can’t wait to watch the game back.
We must have had the other type - on the way home on the Ringwood train, would have thought I was on some silent mediation train with way the Cats fans were - most amusing as they didn’t even speak to each other - all squashed in. Lions supporters lots of smiling to each other. Fabulous.
