Don’t care about his cost, don’t care about the 6 years, have watched him many, many times live, living in Canberra, just know that we have an extremely exciting new player, and look forward to watching him turn it on for the mighty Blues. Very excited.
Not so sure Kemp starts round 1, maybe. I could see Kemp, Stoker and Dow getting three to five game blocks each next year, rotating off the bench with minutes in the middle and minutes elsewhere, forward maybe. Just to see what we’ve got. Would hate to see any of them stuck in the twos for long...
If we picked up Stack, including Williams, my count is 8 indigenous players across the men’s and women’s teams. Definitely see an important support/mentoring role for Eddie post playing career.
First thing, did they hold their BnF straight after training (very casual) and secondly, May doesn’t look very comfortable standing next to him, got a look on his face, like he’s about to go cage diving with great whites.
So exciting, getting Williams and so early on in the piece. Complete opposite to last year. Hopefully Saad for a second and an A or B+ grade mid to help Cripps out ( still like the idea of Wines, but no idea of his value) love the idea of Williams in the middle and Saad replacing Simmo, although...
At the end of the Day, lost to a team, who will probably play in the grand final , by three goals. We have Charlie back next year and unveil Kemp. That’s already exciting, without seeing who we pick up via trade or free agency. Bring on a couple of strong midfielders and Williams. Go Blues!
Second quarter sucked big time, but we fought it out and pretty much won the second half , from a team wanting to win the minor premiership (do we still call it that)? For the first time. Loved Simmo’s Game, Plowman was superb, Walsh wow, Martin was everywhere, Harry vice hands. I liked Gov down...
Feel for Polson, bloke charges into him head first, what is he supposed to do. We are not losing because of the umpiring, it’s just pouring lemon juice into the cut is all.
With all due respect, plenty of ‘girls’ from our women’s team could shows the boys something about mental toughness. Without getting into a sexist debate, we really do need some stronger, more mentally tough characters. In saying this we don’t just fold when behind, so obviously something to...
Could be worse, this could be Adelaide’s first win. Coming round to the idea of Graham, we need someone like Him who, although not necessarily a strong need, has leadership written all over him and from a winning culture. Also Williams, who is also a strong leader as well, should be an absolute...
Strueth it’s hard to love this club sometimes. No excuses here, we are just......I don’t know anymore. Bring on the end of the season, so I can not think about this club for a few months. Just awful too often.
