Re: 2011 Registration for Collingwood Board SC Leagues
Hello there! i was in div 1 last year and am willing to just make up the numbers this year. My enthusiasm for DT and SC is undiminished but I fell a long way last year... If only there were a light at the end of last year's football season...
Manuel's Hamsters
SCORE: 44,804
ROUND 22 SCORE: 1,988
OVERALL RANKING: 13,257 OF 323,963
epic failure...
But I am a glutton for punishment so please chuck me in somewhere.
My girlfriend has been claiming him all pre season as her boy, his number will soon be on her jumper. Her team, "Eastern Piggles" slaughtered me with a casual 2526 in the opening round. You can bet I'll be hearing about this for a while :o
Manuel's Hamsters in both SC and DT. Finished up 153rd overall in SC and 267th in DT in 2009. Would be rapt to join in for magpie glory *fingers crossed*
He turned 25 during the week. DOB 10/10/1984. according to his player profile :thumbsu:
I also rate him as a quality footballer who has been used at halfback in the afl but possibly would make a good wing or half forward.
Hey guys, looks like some very solid teams floating around here, where can I sign up for next year? For the record am currently the 25th ranked pies supporter... (yes I'm bragging but I want in for next year :o )
Interesting to see that Manuel has gone from hamster breeding into miniature ponies. Seems he's moving (slightly) up in the world. He's come a long way from his days as a waiter at my favourite seaside hotel in Torquay...
Not sure if we could trade with West Coast, I'm worried about them "stonewalling" the negotiations... Would prefer to invest in the (draft) pool... This is looking a bit further ahead I'm looking forward to putting some Dawes between those Beams as a finishing touch... :D
TRS, love this thread, I check it almost religiously for updates on our prospects and general sneakiness in getting around the draft, keep up the good work!
I'm excited about our long term picks in particular Young after seeing his work in the 18's carnival and also Witts purely on him being a...
Re: Clay Beams
I'm all for recruiting the Clay who along with Steele, Wood and Beams would really help us build a strong team... :D
One could even say he could be a foundation for the future and that even if his skills aren't great I'm sure we can mould him into an elite player and he'll...
