The good news - HOMP got tickets.
The bad news - if Premiers is right above - we'll be beside the St Kilda CS.:(

That's not bad news at all - you will get an up close look of a defeated cheersquad... they'll be dead and buried 5 minutes into the fourth quarter and you can just smile and jump around right next to them.
Make sure you sing and cheer REALLY loudly!!!

if that happens the StK cheersquad will take the kool-aid option.

Question, for level 1, how many rows back do the seats go to until you are undercover (the letter?)
Took a while for that question to come up, generally it's one of the first every year. No doubt next week it will be asked again.

FWIW, I don't know the answer

Off memory, and that's all, any seat with double letters (EG; AA, BB, CC) are usually under cover as long as it's on the bottom deck.

I even think Row's Y and Z are either undercover or just on the edge.

Yer AA is the first row of undercover seats. Z is the last in the open.

just read on Nicks that the collingwood Cheer squad will be in the southern stand this week
That's just weird...When was the last time they were at that end? What about the Social Club being at the other end? Weird!

I have to wait 'till tomorrow to get my AFL members tickets. Hoping for M18 row F'ish. :)

hmm it would have been qualifying final 03 although that was technically the old Olympic stand but down that end

Joffa has said it is a tickettek/AFL/MCG mistake not a collingwood one

'Dislike.'
well its a returning home of sorts

Until the redevelopment the olympic stand was our end, and in any case it gives us even more motivation to kill the bastards

m28 for me....after mucking about for an hour plus this am online went to the outlet and waited a half hour. Should be a big day.:thumbsu:

Ahh Joffa, the man who knows all.

It's not a mistake, it's the way a new organisation that knows nothing about pre existing AFL deals regarding seating operates.

Ticketek have given the prime seating (newest stand) to the home team, and the next best (older stand) to the away team, simple, it's not a mistake, and it may yet happen again if we are the away team in the prelim.

Just got 11 tickets in P20 (Level 3) so I'm stoked, our minyan of blokes usually sit in Q Level 4.

I thought you could only get 10 tickets at once, it's actually 16 for AFL members.

Is P undercover? Does someone know?
