How the **** can people not get the rule still.
Yes Harvey got him in the head, with about the force of a insect, which is why he got off.
Comparing it to Fyfe is stupid.
This commentary just sucks they ask for a free kick at nearly every contest. OOOO was it high, that was holding for mine, surely hes gone, oooo hes dragged him forward must be a free. Shut the **** up and just commentate the game
So how come players dont get suspended when they tackle each other and hit heads (the head being "sacrosanct")? Because it's not a reportable offense. Turning your body to pick up the ball is not a reportable offense. If Hannebery chose to BUMP then he would have gotten weeks. He didn't, so he...
How can people still not understand the rule.
Hannebery didn't choose to bump, he turned his body to contest the ball which is why he got off. Roughead chose to bump, which is why he got suspended.
It's so ****in simple
That's a lie. Of the 31 touches he averaged last year 15 of them were contested. About 50% is hardly low at all, it's actually quite good. He was also in the top 10 for average clearances and 12th for overall clearances, going at a clearance every 5 touches, with the rest of the top 10 clearance...
Had a look in the paper last week after the crows game and the leading 3 Cats in the pressure acts department where Murdoch, Varcoe and McCarthy which didn't surprise me at all. Dunno how people aren't seeing that the forward pressure they're bringing at the moment is pretty crucial.

Pendles single handedly saved my round.
Traded Hodge in for Mitchell Friday night as I'm already running 3 rookie backs on the field + Lynden Dunn so I kind of panicked a little bit.
Him and Ryder getting subbed within minutes was not fun, was about ready to turn the season in when...
Which is why they still get points for those quarters? The fact of the matter is the last part of the last quarter is when the game was ultimately decided and as such the last quarter will have more points allocated to it (say 28% in the last to 22% in the first, just a random example to show...
People only need to look at the example they gave with the Goddard injury a few years back against freo. He got subbed off at qtr time an ended up with a higher score at the end of the game because the game was won in the first qtr and as a result 36% of the points were awarded in that qtr alone...
People here do realize that even little things like backwards kicks compared to forward kicks all score differently (backwards kicks being significantly less)? Simpson had 20 kicks but without the context of those kicks the stat is useless.
FWIW I thought he did **** all in the last half when...
I thought this too, if you add up you're score with Ablett doubled and compare it to you're total you should see that it's included the double Ablett score in it just hasn't shown it on his individual score
Took Goddard out for him last week so he better :p
Still going well without anyone pulling out a monster score, Caddy has been the lowest. Dodged the Lmac bullet had him emergency.

8 to come, but a gamble or two as well so we'll see :thumbsu:
Starting with out Ablett is looking like a mistake at this early stage but have enough to sideways Libba after 2 rounds if I have to (sounds silly saying that before Libba even plays but that's just the emergency plan, gotta have a plan for Ablett ;))
Tracking pretty similar to you 1400/11 with captain played.
B: McVeigh (82), Laidler (95), Langdon (111)
M: Beams (272), Pendles (127), Deledio (136), Murphy (122), Polec (107)
R: Sandi (127)
F: Martin (102), Hoff (119)
Got lucky with Langdon and Laidler was expecting around 70 from each so...
