this whole afl membership saga is a load of crap. seats should go to the supporters who have paid their club outright for club membership, season tickets, anchors, etc.
this year we have both brisbane and port playing in a GF and therefore there are going to be bugger all of these AFL members...
Yeah, however, i cant afford to travel interstate to watch port play, so 11 home games and a good seat at an AFL grand final is ideal.

well the reason why i'm posting this thread is that im in the 1st priority group at port (only 7,000 in this group) and ive got tickets 5 rows from the back of the great southern stand. If i was an AFL member on the other hand, id be able to get a ticket lower to the ground. Stupid ain't it?
As usual, the AFL website struggles to put everything on their website

Neglected......i don't think so. When we joined the AFL in 1997, in the SANFL we came 2nd in 97, 1st in 98 and 1st in 99.
I think you'd find that allot of us still support the PAMFC in the local comp. After all, id imagine most supporters on this website would be pretty passionate and wouldn't...
